Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. Place a wide heavy-based pan over a low-medium heat on the stove and bring 0.5-1 cup (small) or 1-2 cups (large) of added water to the simmer. Carefully empty the contents of the thawed risotto pouch into the simmering water and using a wooden spoon or heat-proof spatula stir through to loosen the rice. Bring the risotto back to the simmer and continue to cook for 2-4 minutes(small) or 2-5 minutes (large) or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately using the persian feta to garnish.
