For best results; remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. To reheat the Vegetarian Risotto, place a wide heavy-based pan over a low-medium heat on the stove and bring 1-2 cups of added water to the simmer. Carefully empty the contents of the thawed risotto pouch into the simmering water and using a wooden spoon or heat-proof spatula stir through to loosen the rice. Bring the risotto back to the simmer and continue to cook for 2-5 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately using the persian fetta to garnish.
