Sticky Date Pudding


A family favourite from years gone by, our Sticky Date Pudding is the perfect wintery treat to add to your dinner table this week. Baked to perfection, moist and fluffy on the inside and immersed in a decadent creamy butterscotch sauce. Prepare in minutes and serve hot with an extra drizzle of butterscotch to really make your mouth water. 

Our sticky date pudding is baked fresh in our 5-star kitchen, by our pastry chefs and then snap-frozen and vacuum to be delivered to your door.

    For best results; remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. Remove Sticky Date Pudding tray from the plastic sleeve. Remove from the foil tray by removing the paper lid and place a large microwaveable plate on top and flipping the dessert on to the plate. Then place the plate into the microwave uncovered and heat for 5-10 minutes depending on your microwave’s power level. Place the pot of Butterscotch Sauce separately in the microwave for 20 seconds or until hot. Slice into your desired portion size and coat with Butterscotch Sauce before serving. 

    Pudding: Self Raising Flour, Boiling Water, Date Paste, Brown Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Vanilla Extract, Whole Eggs, Baking Soda. Butterscotch Sauce: Pure Cream, Brown Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Vanilla Extract.
