Our Chef's take on the traditional Christmas dessert, you'll be wanting seconds of Spiced Bread & Cherry Semifreddo. With generous chunks of house made gingerbread, cherries and crystallised ginger, this dessert is the perfect way to wrap up your Christmas feast.

    Follow the below instructions to prepare all components of the Large Seafood Christmas Pack:

    Stuffed Roasted Salmon Fillet

    1. Move from freezer to fridge, allow to fully thaw before preparing.

    2. Preheat fan forced oven to 220 degrees.

    3. Remove the salmon roast from packaging and pat the exterior dry with a paper towel.

    4. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and lightly oil, place salmon into the tray and season the skin with salt as desired.

    5. Place the salmon in preheated oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, depending on your oven or until the skin appears golden brown and beginning to crisp.

    6. Reduce heat of the oven to 160 degrees, and bake for a further 10 - 15 minutes.

    7. Remove the salmon from the oven and allow to stand for 5 - 10 minutes before serving (trim trussing twine before serving).

    8. Dress with supplied Agra Dolce and serve.

    Spencer Gulf King Prawns

    1. Move from freezer to fridge, allow to fully thaw before preparing.

    2. Chef recommends for table setting wow factor to present the prawns on a bed of crushed ice and rock salt.

    3. Peel and enjoy with supplied cocktail sauce.

    Beetroot & Pumpkin Salad

    1. Move from freezer to fridge, allow to fully thaw before preparing.

    2. Prepare salad bowl with your favourite leafy greens, add roasted salad pack components and dress as desired.

    3. Toss and serve!

    Steamed Seasonal Greens

    1. Move from freezer to fridge, allow to fully thaw before preparing.

    2. Pierce the vacuum pouch with a small knife and microwave on high for 1 minute.

    3. Allow to stand for 1 minute, remove from the vacuum bag and serve.

    Mixed Vegetable Crumble

    1. Move from freezer to fridge, allow to fully thaw before preparing.

    2. To reheat, preheat a fan forced oven to 170°C, remove the tray from the vacuum pouch and place in the oven.

    3. Bake for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven or until hot in the centre.

    Spiced Bread & Cherry Semifreddo

    1. Remove from the freezer and turn out onto desired serving plate.

    2. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

    3. Consume immediately!
