    Wow! This is delicious

Ok, we was a bit skeptical about this one but clearly that was unfounded. This meal was generous and delicious. The meal itself get's roasted in the oven and we took the cover off to "crisp" some of the flaked almonds on top. I normally prefer roast pumpkin with a bit more colour but this was perfectly cooked and awesome. The ginger Sugo was amazing. Again at first I thought the serve could have had more Sugo but it really didn't need it as the flavour was strong and mixed with the pumpkin and couscous it was simply delicious. Mentioning the couscous, perfectly soft and flavoursome and airy to boot. I was concerned about the feezing process but need not have been it was the perfect accompaniment to this meal. For a quick and easy vegan/vegetarian meal this has to be on your list.
