Designed to share, our Malaysian Chicken Laksa is the perfect light, but warming mid-week dinner. Based on our Chef's homemade laksa paste flavoured with lemongrass, galangal, chilli, turmeric and other traditional ingredients balanced with succulent chicken breast, veggies and vermicelli noodles. This is an easy dish suitable for the whole family to enjoy.

Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. To reheat, pour the contents of the defrosted bag of Malaysian laksa soup in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Once simmered, add the contents of the Chicken, noodle + vegetable bag and bring all the items back up to a simmer. Remove from the heat, and serve.
