Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. Place contents of the pouch in a pot and over a medium heat on the stove. Stir constantly for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Check the taste and richness of the ragu, if desired continue to simmer the sauce to thicken and intensify in flavour depending on your palette. Adjust seasoning with salt & pepper to taste if desired.
