Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. To bake, preheat a fan forced oven to 180°C, remove the meatball tray from the vacuum pouch and place in the oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until hot in the centre and the melted cheese is golden brown. To consume with pasta, empty contents of the sauce pouch in a fry pan over a medium heat on the stove. Stir constantly for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Once pasta (not provided) is cooked, carefully place drained pasta in the pan and combine with sauce.
