Our Stuffed Roasted Salmon Fillet is cooked fresh in our 5-star kitchen, by our expert team of chefs and then is snap-frozen and vacuum-sealed to be delivered to your door.

    1. Move from freezer to fridge, allow to fully thaw before preparing.

    2. Preheat fan forced oven to 220 degrees.

    3. Remove the salmon roast from packaging and pat the exterior dry with a paper towel.

    4. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and lightly oil, place salmon into the tray and season the skin with salt as desired.

    5. Place the salmon in preheated oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, depending on your oven or until the skin appears golden brown and beginning to crisp.

    6. Reduce heat of the oven to 160 degrees, and bake for a further 10 - 15 minutes.

    7. Remove the salmon from the oven and allow to stand for 5 - 10 minutes before serving (trim trussing twine before serving).

    8. Dress with supplied Agra Dolce and serve.
