Our Boneless Leg of Ham is cooked fresh in our 5-star kitchen, by our expert team of chefs and then is snap-frozen and vacuum-sealed to be delivered to your door.

    1. Move from freezer to fridge, allow to fully thaw before preparing.

    2. Preheat fan forced oven to 180 degrees.

    3. Using a pastry brush, glaze the ham with supplied marinade, and place the ham on a baking tray.

    4. Place ham into preheated oven and roast untouched for 10 - 15 mins.

    5. Remove the ham from the oven and apply further glaze with pastry brush over the surface of the ham, return to oven for a further 10 - 15 minutes.

    6. Repeat this process periodically for a total duration of 30 - 45 mins, depending on your oven until the exterior of the ham is golden brown and sticky or until all basting marinade has been exhausted.

    7. Remove the ham from the oven, allow to stand for 10 - 15 minutes before carving / serving.
