For the best results; remove all items from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. To reheat Chicken Roulade, preheat a fan forced oven to 200°C, remove the roulade from the vacuum pouch, unwrap the cling film (cautious of excess liquid from wrap) and place on a baking paper lined tray (bacon side up), add a light drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the skin is golden brown. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes to relax the meat and retain juiciness before carving. To reheat Paris Mash, pierce the vacuum pouch with a small knife and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes, remove from the vacuum bag and serve.
