    Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. To reheat, preheat a fan forced oven to 180°C, remove the Lamb from the vacuum pouch and place onto a paper lined tray, place in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot in the centre and golden brown.
