Apple Tarte Tatin
A classic French dessert, the Apple Tarte Tatin is simple but incredibly delicious. Sweet, sticky caramel, tender granny smith apples on a flaky puff pastry base. Serve straight out of the oven, while it is steaming hot and use the extra caramel sauce to coat each slice for extra deliciousness.

For best results; remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge overnight. To reheat, preheat a fan forced oven to 170°C. Remove foil tray from plastic sleeve and remove paper lid. Place tarte on a baking tray in the oven to bake for 25 minutes or until pastry is cooked and golden brown. Place the pot of Caramel Sauce separately in the microwave for 20 seconds or until hot. Place a plate on top of the tart and using a tea towel to hold the bottom of the tray, flip the tarte upside down. Slice into your desired portion size and coat with Caramel Sauce before serving.
