We deliver Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am - 6pm. You can see your available delivery days based on your location here.
The more information you provide us the better. At checkout, be sure to double check that your full address is entered accuratley. If there is more information you can provide such as "leave at side door instead of the front door" or "please don't ring the doorbell as my baby will be sleeping", please be sure to include that too so our drivers are aware.
Unfortunatley no we cannot deliver to a PO Box. We must be able to deliver to a street address such as your home or office
For food only orders, if you are not home the order will be left at the door. You may also designate a safe spot for the food to be left. Our driver will send you a text and a photo of your order if it is left unattended.
If your order contains any alcohol, we are not able to leave the delivery under any circumstances. Any orders containing alcohol MUST be accepted by the person who placed the order who is over the age of 18. This person will be required to show proof of identify with current, valid ID. Failure to comply may lead to your delivery not being completed.
No we don't, just the convenience of delivered from our kitchen to your door. We can deliver to your home or your office so there are ample options for convenient delivery.
We do offer a selection of meals that cater to most typical dietary requirements including gluten free, dairy free, nut free, pork free and vegetarian. All of our meals are clearly indicated with the relevant dietary notation, please ensure you review these before confirming your order.
We take the utmost of care to accomodate common dietary requirements however it is important to note that traces of allergens may be found within our foods. In the cast that you / your family have a life threatening allergy, we recommend you clearly review our provided dietary notations before placing your order.
While we take absolute care, we take no liability for illness resulting from traces of allergens that may be within our foods.
Each meal will come with clear, easy to follow instructions. All meals are easily heated within a typical domestic kitchen utilising an oven or a microwave or a pot of boiling water.

When food is snap frozen straight after cooking, the flavour, nutrients and freshness are locked in. They will stay that way until your meal is defrosted and cooked, meaning it is just as good as when it was first cooked.
"Fresh" food that sits in a fridge naturally looses flavour, texture, vitamins & minerals as it naturally degrades. Freezing is a bit like a natural preservative, maintaining flavour, freshness, vitamins & minerals

We don't offer refunds as a general rule however we would appreciate that you contact us first to discuss any problems you may have experienced, to ensure we can work through it for you
