Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. 2 hours prior to cooking, remove the dough from the fridge and leave it covered on the bench. Preheat the oven to 200°C with elements and fan forced on. To prepare the base, sprinkle flour onto the bench and the dough. Knead the dough with your hands or a rolling pin, creating an oval shape (no more than 5mm thick). Lay the dough onto a lightly oiled baking tray to prevent sticking. Brush olive oil evenly over the dough, bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven or until crispy and golden brown.
