Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. Empty contents of the sauce pouch in a fry pan over a medium heat on the stove. Stir constantly for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Once the pasta is cooked (not provided), carefully place drained pasta in the pan and combine with sauce.
